You need have a valid payment method associated with your account. When we have problem charging your selected payment method we can charge with other valid payment method associated with your account.

When you give an order, for us is a purchase order and we can buy the products or the services you order.
After the purchase order we will send a confirmation the reception of the purchase order, but not confirm we accept the order to buy the products or the services.
