How To Return An Item:
In the unlikely case you must return your items to us, please follow these steps.
Create an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
1. Log On to Your Account, in your accounts page click on “Order history and details”.
2. Find the Order with the product you wish to return, click the “Order reference” or “Details” or Plus sign “+” and then “Details”.
3. Scroll down the page to the Product/s in this order and check “X” the item/s you wish to return.
4. Add the quantity that you wish to be returned (in case more than one product need to be returned).
5. In the “Merchandise Return” section give an explanation for the return, in order for the shop team to better understand why the customer wants to return this product.
6. Click on “Make an RMA Slip”.
If you would like to add a comment about your order and not return or cancel the return, please write it in the field “Add a message” and click “Send”.
The request appears as "Waiting for confirmation" in the customer's "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)" page, accessible from the account page.
Please Give US up to 24 hours to review you RMA request.
Once we review the request, we will update the status of your Merchandise Return of your account.
7. You can check the status of your return by logging in to your account and clicking on “My Merchandise Returns”.
8. Once the return is excepted your status in “Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)” will change from “Waiting for confirmation” to “Waiting for package”.
At this time please check the email (also Spam), Print label (with address) and authorization, prepare package (include return authorization), Attach return label and Send it!
