1. Right to cancel order,cancel a service contract or return a product up to 14 days
 
For one product or multiple products in the same order, you can cancel your order,cancel a service contract or return a product for any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a person indicated by you, got physical possession of the product(s) or from the day of conclusion of the service contract for instance digital content not supplied in a tangible medium.
 
You must inform us with a clear expression of your decision to cancel your order, cancel a service contract or return a product.
 
You may submit your request before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired by sending the form, sending an email by contacting us in Contact us section and return the item.
 
You must return the product to us by following the instructions available within fourteen calendar days with the original receipt, original manufacturer's packaging and its included all accessories.
 
The product must arrive at our partners or brand no later than fourteen calendar days after the delivery date. You may return the product the most quickly possible, if possible within 7 days after the delivery date to ensure that it arrives at our partner location within fourteen calendar days.
 
Before you returned product take care when trying on your purchases because your returned product must be unused and arrive in the same condition you received.
 
You can follow the return with carrier and we will keep you updated with the return.

2. Returns
 
When you returning the product, you will have to support the cost of sent.
 
After we received the returned product we will communicate to you.
 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
 
If the product is damaged due to the handling of the goods, you may be liable by the diminished value of the returned product and we may offset the amount of your refund.
 
We only do the reimbursement after we have received and checked the product.
 
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
 
We don’t accept returns of customized products because they have been created for you, unless they were damaged or faulty.
 
Your returned product must arrive in the same condition you received:
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- With the hygiene seals attached and without worn or soiled.
- Cosmetic and beauty products with the seals intact, unused and unopened.
- Footwear and accessories without mark the soles and shoe box without damage.
- With original packaging, box, dust bags, branded boxes.
- With brand tag attached, security tag and all tags attached in its original position.
 
 
3. Cancellation order not apply
 
Your decision to cancel your order and return, except in case of defect or lack of conformity, does not apply to and cannot be returned:
- Goods handmade especially personalized.
- Goods which expire or deteriorate rapidly.
- Alcoholic beverages who dependent the market value.
- Goods clearly personalized or made to your specifications.
- Unsealed products to hygienic reasons or health protection.
 - Unsealed audio, video recordings, computer software or other software.
- With exception of subscription contracts, the magazines, journals, newspapers ….
- If you accept a service has fully performed and that you could not cancel after we start to deliver.
- If you accept a digital content (e.g. electronic software, MP3, ebooks, apps, …) not supplied in a tangible medium and that you could not cancel after we start to deliver.
 
 
4. Refund
 
After we received and checked the product, we will provide you with a refund of all payments received from you for the product or service purchased, excluding the delivery costs, and will also refund delivery charges when you have selected the least expensive type of delivery or for the least expensive type of delivery.
 
We will provide you with a refund without incur any fees based on the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction within 14 business days of the return and checked of the product.
 
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 
You may choose your refund as a credit to apply at the next purchase you shop with us in one month.
 
You can check the status in your account.
 
 
5. Change or refund
 
If you are a consumer and have received a product in a flawed, faulty, damaged condition or mis-described, please advise us as soon as possible and return them as soon as possible with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
 
When we received the product, we investigate and if revealed that were sold faulty or mis-described, we will arrange for a new replacement or repair them to be sent to you or provide you with a full refund of the defective product.
 
 
6. Returns Sellers
 
Products purchased from a seller cannot be returned to us, the product must be returned to their seller in accordance with their returns policy. Contact by email the seller directly.
 
For transaction cancelled sellers may choose to refund the buyer via us and authorize us, in same or other currency, to reverse the refund amount.
 
Sellers can create automate rules for refunds and returns.
 
For a product returned sellers may choose to refund the buyer via us and authorize us, in same or other currency, to reverse the refund amount.
 
Sellers agree to be charged on your invoice as a fee when we refund the buyer.
 
When the buyer contacts us for returns, seller agree to include the return costs on your invoice as a fee. For return the label will be provided to the buyer.
 
Seller authorize us to be charged by automatic payment method.
